The French Mediterranean Galley, Built by Ralph W. PrestonThe model is in one of Corning's five liter Pyrex  flasks, having a diameter of about 10 inches. The sails are of paper, the masts, yards and booms are of bamboo. The hull is basswood. Time expended in construction, about 300 hours.
